Can you make a bot to scrape articles from competing websites or top websites and check if they are indexed yet so we can either repost them and index them ourselves or spin them into to create a unique copy for ourselves. This bot should not be too hard to make.

Research firms will buy this type of data, government census, and even large retailers that utilize Power BI, Tableau and similar geomapping software within their data analytics teams.

Real estate companies conduct on-the-street survey of foot traffic at specific locations to know which locations are best for specific businesses. Similar to WalkScore, this would be of much more value though.

The list goes on... even a small local seo agency could find endless use cases on client acquisition or how to optimize their local clients businesses to have the right amount of staff in-store at peak hours, what time of day they should be running in-store sales, do their marketing, ect.

I.e. I provide a search link and then the bot scrapes all the information of the restaurants within the search link.

Can you make a bot that scrapes the first page of google results for a keyword and find the websites ranking with a DA of 10 and below that get a good amount of traffic. You can also make an advance feature where it can find what keywords these sites are ranking for that they get the most traffic from..
