I recommend putting yourself on the housing list or the homeless housing list 3 months ago, sign up for welfare and they will assist in the search for work.

Use spare time to study with BHW university, the worst problem with homelessness or lack of work is that you're cornered everywhere you go so your best bet is focus on something consistent. You get me? You could try at a method for a month and get nowhere or somewhere far. Sign up for welfare and you're paid on the week/month and have that to fall back on.

I remember people used to be homeless in US due to choice because they were hocked to drugs and alcohol and homeless shelter won't allow that.

Take a up a part time job. The anxiety of starting an IM project is too high. You either need to be young or have no responsibilities. You'll be constantly worried if you're going to make enough. Take up a job, earn some money, start a project on the side and see where it takes you.

If you can make videos, I will suggest you to make content on facebook, facebook gives a great amount if you can make your page monitize, I could also suggest you youtube. But youtube is harder than Facebook. Facebook is very easy to get viral!
