To be realistic as per the ground realities of how things stand today, almost no SMM seller and no provider (seller) of non-physical (digital) services would accept Paypal, card, especially not for SMM. The reason being that (unfortunately) now Paypal (unjustifiably) sees all non-physical (digital) services as illegimate services and buyers are now aware of that and hence raise fraudulent chargebacks. Therefore many providers of non-physical (digital) services (especially SMM) have moved over to accept only crypto and many buyers too have now realized and embraced this ground reality and paying by crypto. But, nonetheless, quite obviously, please do not go by just one person's feedback about the same. Do your own research, keep looking and perhaps other members may share their suggestions about your query.
