Especially for Wikipedia backlinks? ( Related links)

Probably not long.

Wikipedia is visited quite often and loved by search engines.

Wikipedia is the darling of search engines. If it's English wiki, your link will get indexed within a day in most cases. If it's less popular language, then you should wait a few days for it to get indexed.

It's English

It's been 8 days and still not indexed. How do I check if it indexes or not? currently, I'm using ahref?
Can you please specify what you mean by indexing? Ahrefs will not show you indexing.

Remember that in order to enable this new contextual search experience, you need a user account and need to log in to Wikipedia. When you search, your results will show up inline at the top of the Wikipedia page you are viewing.

Ahrefs may take some time to crawl these links as they don't have as much resources as Google to instantly crawl these links. You should wait for some time or submit wiki links in a paid indexer to force crawl them.

Sorry, I mean if it is Indexed and when I go to the Site Explorer - Backlinks this section should see the wiki link right?

Care to explain a bit more, please? my link is in the related link section.

You have confused everybody here.
You're asking when AHREFS will pick up your link.
Ahrefs is quite fast, surprised it has taken 8 days.

Check again, if your link is still there.
Check if your page is still live.
Also try checking the cache version of the wiki page

like this. in your address bar paste this

cache:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Hart

Then check if your link is there in the related column.
If your link is there that means your backlink got indexed.

Yes. I checked like this and even link in the Cache version. but why is not showing in any tools like Moz/ahref?

Like all the other replies explained above. It takes time for ahrefs to show it and it takes even more time for moz to show.
As an SEO you should trust on what you eyes see not what these tools show.
There are websites that even have crawlers blocked that may be the case too and your wiki link might not even show in ahref ever.
