I downloaded with torrents and rest them in torrents and thus my seeds are increased....Now my question is how this seeds which are grow can be effective for me or others?

no, you're only 1 seed out of the other seeds that you see there.

what goes up day by day is your download to upload ratio. useful if you're downloading from a private tracker.

Seed means you're uploading the file from your device when someone else is downloading a torrent. Someone seeded the torrent so you could download it.

Unless you've a metered connection - don't worry about it, seeding is good. Just make sure you're seeding something legal or using a vpn if you're from a developed country.

Oh shii!! i do download without vpn and even not legal as am from a developing country. Well, so far what i've got ,that seeding isn't a bad thing at all but good for sure.
