Hi there,

Long time lurker (9 years!), barely a poster.

I was wondering, for a newbie, which recurring affiliate program is best to start out with? Does it make a difference?

Also, has SEMRUSH changed their payout plan as I see it's a flat $200 payout now while some websites refer it to the best recurring program.

Is there any other resources I can read on to help me get started?

I have some money (up to £600) to get me started if anyone wants to help out/join me!

Thanks!

Yeah, I have noticed many list semrush as one of the best seo affiliate programs. Don't know, it's too expensive for newbies and newcomers.
It's hard to say what program is good for you as we don't know your audience so you'll have to test.

Thanks.

I've not got anything set up yet. I was trying to see which product to go for before setting up any sites etc.

Is there a nice updated guide to help me get started. I know the basics (mainly how to create WordPress sites and am quite technically literate) so don't mind doing a bit of reading up.

Thanks again.

Target audience should be compatible with thier service before first deciding.

Try to first find the adequate niches, the ones that you will feel comfortable operating in, and then search for affiliate networks that are related to exactly those niches and that have offers for your market. It's maybe better to start with the smaller networks first, as they don't have that many requirements for joining in like the big ones.
