Recently my high spend limit ad accounts have been reduced to $50 or $25 anyone have a workaround for this? Help me

Just run with a budget of 20 or 50 dollars a day, after a few days it will increase again. I think so.

As long as you run up to your current budget. It will increase for a while. In case of a red warning, you should replace your account with a new one.

I think you should run out of budget for that day, $25 to $50, the next day can be broken
