I don't know about S4S groups, but I had good results with a female account and apps that let you find new people on Snapchat. You should check multiple methods to see which one suits you best.

This still works especially if you target 5$ + CPE or CPI offer bursts for USA in OGAds. I tried cash giveaway niches with apps like Wink , Hoop etc. However I didn't continue this as this was manual , time consuming for very little money and I wanted to maintain a clean conscience. But making 20$-30$ / day should be a walk in the park.

Some tips : Make a female account and introduce people to your male account where you tell them the instructions to complete the offer. This increases your trust as there are too many dating scams in snap. Make sure you target tier 1 countries and focus on easy to do CPE offers with $ payouts.

But I would use a separate smartphone, install Snapchat, search for a few girls with dating/adult offers, add them all, watch their story posts, select the ones with S4S and ask for cooperations. Your smartphone will remember your previous search and suggest you new accounts with similar offers.
