Telegram bot javascript or python expert

Is it possible to create a telegram bot where members of a group can get unique referral link to that group so that whoever they invite/refer to the group through their unique link can be tracked?
I am aware that this is possible on discord but I don't know if there is a way to achieve it on telegram. Please suggest any library or patter that can help. Thanks
