How to explain this on Search Console - Performance decreases and Coverage stays the same?

I have one website which Performance has decreased a lot but coverage has remained the same. Have I received any ban or is it just dying? If I search "site:mysite.com" then there has always been 4 results.

Doesn't seem like you are banned, as you have good coverage, but there are some issues with performances, and the best way to search what is going on is to analyze your Google Analytics account and see how many users you have per day, what their session rate is, how high the bounce rate is, what are the landing and ending pages, and so on. Might give you some more clear ideas about what is going on and if there is some existing issue that you need to fix.

4 or 7 results is usually sign that your site is penalized. In what way, shape or form I don't know (did you receive any message / warning in your GSC by the way?) but it's a bad sign

It's some kind of penalty, nothing really helps with the exact domain as far as I've tried, it's kind of black listed,
you can try redirecting it (or double) to recover by any chance

You should check Manual actions in GSC dashboard to see if you have any penalties.

4 results thing is not a penalty. Many people in the forum consider it to be a common feature of penalized sites. If you don't have anything under Manual actions and Security issues sections, then technically you don't have any penalties. But it could be something like a shadow ban which no one can confirm.
