Build an Online appointment scheduler

I am looking for a scheduling tool on my video interviewing platform where recruiters can schedule an appointment with prospective candidates in their own time. The features I require are simple -

1.Email Reminders & Confirmation when appointment is set

2.Ability to cancel and reschedule

3. The calendar should be set to auto-detect timezone.

Our website is built using Angular. Budget is US 80
