post video to multiple platforms at once

So I have been out of the game for a while and I am trying to set up something however posting short videos and pushing to other sites is a pain. So at the moment, I make a short video... and have to manually post it to tiktok. however I also want to post to FB, insta, twitter, youtube short etc. is there an software or service which can do this ?

I guess the "shorts" option is still too new as that developers have adapted to it yet. Maybe wait a little longer before hopping on any of the providers waggon.
