That made up name "Dusyanthan Balasubramanian" is a name given to people in South India and Sri Lanka. Not saying there is no Bangladeshi with that name but it's extremely rare.

And the spammer is for sure not related to any of the sites and SEO companies mentioned. They are doing large scale neg SEO to all competitor sites. Just look at the backlink profile for Greenroads site -
