Some more context: Our government has always been the last one to take action, waaay too late. So that probably is why they now resorted to extreme measures for a yet unknown variant with too little data.

Only the four chosen parties agreed to the lockdown, though. The rest of our politicians disagree and think it's irrational, since so far, omicron has shown mild symptons.

Cringe-worthy may be.. but it's a good initiative for everyone IMHO. Good for the government in terms of revenue, good for jobless guys who now have a way to earn some decent cash by working hard. Good for the customer as well for avoiding the rush. As long as the delivery partners ask for ID, I have no issue with alcohol being delivered at home.
