If you do any type of product manufacturing business in India be it of any plastic item, steel item, stationery, watches, electrical appliances or anything. I am interested to do joint venture with you.
It is 100% fine if your any product manufacturing business is going slow, or not getting sales. It will be good if you already have a gst number but if you don't have any business setup I will do it as well if I like it.
I will make it grow, and can focus on managing sales and marketing. I am good in managing.

Seriously, its not even considered manufacturing business. This pen making machine cost like 200 usd and may be counted in micro enterprise as govt of india definition.

Posted above, i am into fish farming, have two ponds and appx 40000 fishes at the moment, each fish expected to weigh around 1 to 2 kg, fatching like 1.2 usd or 120 inr per kg. Appx sale in next 6 month will be 40lacs.

Maybe if you built a fish factory next door and processed/de-boned the fish and packaged it for transportation through a cold-chain supply system and you used the bones and skins to produce something. See how easy it is to dump on others.

What he is doing is manufacturing pens, yes, it might be on a small scale. But some companies grow to large corporations by starting small, don't dump on his efforts.
