Is there an alternative to 301 redirect?

Hi guys, would like to know, if there is an alternative to 301 redirect when the domain is blocked by ISPs in a specific country?
And is there a way to confirm what ISPs are blocking a specific IP number?

The only way when your site visitors use VPN or proxy.

Yes, 302 redirect is an alternative to 301 redirect.

Nope it is much like how a local blocklist would work (e.g. your router blocklist), except for the fact that it is on a much larger level. I do not think you can bypass that.

If you are getting visitors from other sources like ads, perhaps just get another domain and host your site on it.

Otherwise, there’s not much you can do.
