How much time it takes for an ad to start spending after creation?

you should warm up a little bit. and a step by step fashion. otherwise you will gets your account banned very soon.

Facebook is optimizing and seeing which of the different creatives are going to perform the best, so if the budget is not huge then it will take its time. If you want this to happen faster, then I recommend increasing the budget so that it can test faster!

yes, sometime it takes too long.. I experience it's been a day pass because I haven't check it until its get ACTIVE.. but most of the time it only takes minutes..

It is pretty easy with browser automation with any programing language. but there are existing ones already getting the job done. please refer to autobrowsers
