Hi... if i buy 1000 outlook accounts, do you know if i use a good software, that i put mobile proxies, accounts, and send only 10 emails per day on each outlook account, use good practices to avoid spam (clear message, with not promotions words...)

You know if i have good chances to not go to spam, consider this low daily send too ???
Have you ever tried something like this, to bulk send emails??
