best way to set up templated WP sites?

Hi. I need to set up around 15-20 WP sites, although they will have different themes but the # of plugins and other things will almost be the same. Each website will be hosted on a different host provider. Is there a plugin or a way to just create an initial template (like we do with VM containers) and just use this on hosts for a standard setup?

right on the money, add in all your plugins and everything copy it and the just upload and add in the theme…. Done. If you use a back up plug in make sure it’s not a real url or it will import that as well make sure it’s on a developer url
