Suppose a person having some portion amount of BTC in wallet and he did not used it and forget about it lying in wallet for 5 years
Or someone dies and nobody knows his anything about wallet.
What happen to those BTC ?
Are these deleted or become inactive or 0 automatically after some time???

The BTC is lost forever if you lose the wallet. Doesn't become 0 or 'inactive'. It just sits there, like a dead body in a grave.

They will be lost forever, as if they were sent to a burn wallet. It's estimated that about 20% of the total BTC supply is lost.
The number will naturally increase over time, as more people will eventually lose their keys or die.
This is a good news because it makes BTC deflationary and more scarce, therefore increasing its price.

Lost forever. It will not be accessible to anyone and no one can benefit from it.

Okay thank you so as we pass more and more bitcoins will be getting lost and it will increase demand thereby rising in cost.
The supply can also be made more???
The more bitcoins does it create overtime or no??

BTC supply is capped at 21 million BTC. 90% has already been mined, the rest will be mined between now and 2140 (yes, 2140 - mining is slowing down slower over time).
There can never be more than 21 million BTC. If they change their mind in 2140 after the last BTC has been mined... well, we won't be around to care.

It will be lost forever. This is not a bank account where you can add a nominee.
