Hi, all modems are dedicated and not shared with other users.
No others will be on the same IP but this is 4G and they use CG-NAT so its always possible someone somewhere is using the same IP.
You can change IP once every 5 minutes.

Hi, i only sell 4G in the UK. Leeds, Bristol, Swansea and London.
