Could not promote my application in Google Ads

I have just published my new app to Play store (GG reviewed and app can be found in Play store)
Now I want to promote my app with Googe ads as in the attached picture
However, Google tells me that: "The app you've selected is not yet available for install. To promote this app before it is downloadable, you'll have to choose the App pre-registration campaign type."
It happens even my app is launched and be available for install.
Anyone here can help me? Thanks

If there are no policy issues or stolen content, you will see it fixed in 2-3 days.

If it really can be installed and there isn't some issue with the app itself, you could try to make the campaign again in a few days, maybe it's just a current error with Google, or if you get disapproved again, contact their support, they are usually helpful and respond quickly.
