Idk how many of y’all actually have colleagues (lonely twats jk) but Gates recommends having a live feed of your colleagues running on a second monitor to apparently help with the spontaneity.

If you are married keep your wife on your lap while you working.

If you are not married then bring you GF or hot girl to home and keep her on your lap while you working.
