Very difficult to sell leads to a business that is on the other side of the earth.

What makes you say that? (apart from potential language barrier)

People call/buy from legit business with established personal branding.

Ok. I could fake an address, photos, reviews, etc....

I get some calls.

Here in my country calls are 0 value, the businesses does not buy leads.

but what and how did you actually do it?

you ranked a page, got some leads and give them away to some related business to show the value?

and they said they weren't interested?

Do you really find business when the plumber/gardener etc DOES NOT have a site or a gmb? Everyone has, otherwise he does not work

Today a plumber has already his site and he's already receiving calls. Otherwise he was doing other, simple.

What will I add to his business with my leads? 5-10 more clients? Oh, but with more clients he would need another collaborator ahah. He is already getting enough work.

This is the reason why I think it's ok if you get leads and make the job yourself.

Businesses are already getting the number of leads they're structured for.

I ask you sincerely: do you really find businesses that have TIME to handle the new leads you bring them? Where I live, a gardener earns 3 times what an employee earns and does not even have time to sleep.

In that case your goal should be to find the companies which this doesn't apply for, they're usually higher ticket sales - software development, medical, etc

For rank and rent the hardest part is finding renters. Is depend on the industry for example in niches like health ,dentist you will likely get renters as is high competition and the earnings are bigger but in smaller or not so proffitable niches is hard to get renters......

So why in the hell someone would try rank and rent with gardeners and plumbers when there's more profit, less competition and chance to success with high ticket services?
