mad me giggle a bitIt's easy dude, also it's cheap, especially on BSC. This is why there are so much shitcoins.
Anyway I posted this because it's the top degen one I've stumbled upon, but it's also kind of genius, because the guy used the ticker "BITCOIN" and probably many dumb people will buy it by mistake and the creator will rug it at some point later

Lol. There's $RUG token on avalanche. Think it's a Olympus DAO fork and had some hype. Another one was called "The ultimate Ponzi" which rugged with a few mil mcap lol. Now the hot thing are Tomb Finance forks ... need to learn some solidity that's a safe $2m mcap

I was joking of course, but apparently some people are really doing that.
BTW, no need to learn Solidity, you can create a token in 5 minutes without coding.
There are sites where you just enter the tokenomics details and they generate the smart contract for you automatically.
They can even create hundreds of wallets with a few tokens inside to make it look like it has a lot of holders.

Thing with those vanilla meme coins you need to already have a big following or pay for influencers because it's so easy competition is big. If you get in early on those Defi trends it markets itself as it's a bit more complex to fork those.
And you won't believe me but I wouldn't rug either...just slowly sell my stack and update the project form time to time
