Make Money by providing Token Liquidity

Hey guys,

has anyone of you already got some experience in providing liquidity for a token pair?
I mean if you do so on uniswap for example, you get 0.3% of every token swap on this pair (in relation to your participation percentage of that pool)...

I did it on Maiar Exchange. Beware of impermanent loss though. If you don't know what it is, please research it before joining any liquidity pool. It's too long for me to explain it here.

I've done it twice: once providing two stablecoins, so that was fine, but the one time I provided a shitcoin, I lost most of it due to impermanent loss. It's a degen-type pair (four to six digit APY), so it's not like it was unexpected.

Yes. Sadly, the higher the APY, the higher the risk. Otherwise, everyone would be rich.

I have most of my investments locked on farms. Make sure to only provide pairs that you know of both coins will rise. And choose the platform wisely too. Uniswap provides bad %.

No, unlocked Mex. I got out before they changed everything though.

so far only for ronin dex. since i am taking risk for getting RON.
but if you want investing on liquidity pool make sure it's good stable and potential token. and you can hold it for a long time
