I have a porn site that it's growing well with daily users 25k~ from tir 3 and the revenue is $10~





I'm a little bit confused and idk what must be my next step that is why I opened this thread to take some suggestions and tips.
should I promote it to drive more traffic? is it worth selling it now?
any suggestions will be appreciated.

Your conversions are pretty lousy - most likely due t3 traffic.
Open a subreddit in the NSFW niche to promote your site and start getting t1 traffic.

You have already done the hard part. Just a few tweaks will make the difference.

Lots of good choices in front of you really, with that amount of monthly traffic. Wouldn't recommend selling it right away, first start to earn more from placing ads on the site, some link banners related to your niche. Also, could join some affiliate networks and start earning from commissions. This way you will have some income each month, and if you sell it you will finish all the once.

Is there an option maybe to try to target Tier 1 countries as well, so that you start receiving traffic from there too? You should definitely try to work more on promotion before you decide to sell it, some social media ads, Google ads, display banners, and similar.

Scale this, offer a subscription to earn a little more money, use your traffic to promote Onlyfans models and charge some commission, etc.
