Just on a shopping spree this month so how about xrumer purchase?
The xevil is good but configuration is difficult. So shall i get it? Good for blasting tiers?

Xevil is totally worth it. Its easy to set up and connect to other tools. The Xrumer is the one that quite complicated for me

yes you need to pay $10 monthly fee to run Xrumer
