need artical & blog submission sites?

I need around 15 articles & blog submission sites. that have a low spam score (less than 5).
so please suggest to me some of the best websites for that.

actually, I have websites but most of them are high spam scores that's why

I think you need to chose the most relevant ones taking into account the amount which you are interested in.
