How to clone telegram group + members?

Today i woke up and someone has cloned 80% of my group (my group have 15000 members)
i was like wtf
since you can add only 10 members and get spammed
was wondering how they are doing this
is there any bot around there that does this already?

There are so Many Telegram Group Member Sping bot with that you can easily able to add members from anyone groups/channel into your Group/channel
