it's a pity you don't offer more guarantees. Only 7 days for a refund. That's a bit short. 14 days would be ok. 7 days to migrate the website, to modify DNS from the registrar, check if everything is ok, check and compare the speed of the servers, check if all the emails arrive, some exchange with the support ... it's a busy week
Till now i had never to ask a refund, because i read the reviews, and try to be careful when selecting a host. But 30 days (or even 14 days) add an extra layer of security. Would be perfect.
