What is your purpose ? Determine what you want, target accordingly, you can make the right choice.

Thank you for answering, sir.
I want to make a page/group about funny cats/dogs videos for warmup and make money from people clicking and visiting, is this possible?
I can post an external site with google ads in the page/group, is this possible?

If you want to make money, the page will do the job. You can both earn money from the external site and get ads on facebook videos. You're welcome

Thank you very much sir, im willing to work for it and put in the time.

Grouo is unlimited and slso you can add people without restrictions

It is important that you clearly state what you want to use them for

If you're looking to establish a brand and promote your business to a large number of people, a Facebook Page makes the most sense.

If you're a new or small businesses looking to establish a presence, a group can be of great help, especially if you sell niche products.

If you feel your Facebook Page isn't giving you the reach you'd expected. Consider setting up a group.

page is the best choice if you want to earn from facebook ads.

You do both. Page for your site group for your niche. A group will give you wider reach and more visibility.

I do groups, and it can earn you some money if you get it lots of members!

What are your goals? What are you looking to build?

Also, why do you feel like you have to choose between one or the other? You can develop both!

Facebook Pages
  • Offer better information about your business
  • You can provide customer support via chat messaging
  • Provide updates about your services or events
  • Run ads to promote your business

Facebook Groups
  • Entice discussions
  • Run polls - They are like your little focus groups :D :P
  • Build a community
  • More personal and individual support
  • Build a VERY loyal customer base
My recommendation is to develop both!
