how to warm up new paypal account

i not did used this service for 4 years i want create paypal account just to pay someone what steps i should take to keep the account safe if i'm going to spend some money in first week?

what kind of kyc they do have currently ?

i will just create to pay only as i said in initial post for identity i will use high quality docs that i suspect paypal can question them . of course it does but i'm not located in super developed country .

you may share some tips to avoid troubles while i'm in process .

PayPal won't ask for identity proof if you want to use it casually. Don't use VPN or fake phone numbers. If you're planning to buy something and try to chargeback, please don't!

that's great it's been like that for ages but just in case . i will not use vpn or fake phone number . no i don't have any bad intentions for any service like that .
the thing is that i don't like to share a lot of information due to privacy concerns meanwhile for instance if i spend xxx digits and account still pretty new paypal could see this as red flag and decide to hold some transactions or suspend my account temporary i don't want to cause issues to receiver for reasons like that .

i have run through many bullshit like that with big corporations amazon /google so on . i have lost mid sum aswell with aged paypal account like 4 years ago so i'm against their existence. during the past years i have rejected doing any business with paypal but i have to pay a friend now.

sorry if my questions are a little bit fuzzy .

KYC depends on country of account,type of account.But usually if you transaction on your acc below 500$ in each month they will not ask anything.If you do more then they will limit and asked documents.2 days ago one of my acc paypal asked documents after submitted they restored within 12 hours.

try to use in single dont use vpn (its most important)
