There's something like 350+ locations in the US with 100,000 population or more (an ideal minimum population for sufficient demand) and I have a database of several thousand niches/services. Whilst I probably have the capacity to make 100 or so sites per month for myself/partners I don't have an endless pit of money sadly, thus it's impossible for me to scale to such a size right now. Thus I sell this service in order to help fund my portfolio of sites. Local is near impossible to saturate so I don't lose sleep selling great keyword sites to clients because there's just so many juicy keywords that can make anyone $500+ per month.
