I deposited first 15$ from my phone via CC it failed somehow but I got charged .
Then I deposited 15$ from my laptop it worked Normally I got the funds.
I just want to know if you received the first 15$ on your CC provider and add it to the panel or refund them.
i told you to ask the provider but still waiting for your response

2) yes it can work but not guarantee the accounts did many reports and it depend on fb to remove it.
