You can try to do some gigs on Fiverr.
There are some pretty simple tasks which will earn you credibility and maybe some money too.
Learn every time, try different gigs, make all of the experience count.
Soon you'll have somewhat of a solid skillset which will get you more money.

there's websites that have large catalogue of sites offering online work. with zero skills. maybe you can find it on google.
