3 of the 6 have been in the U.S. for over 30 years; 4 for over 25 years. Only 2 have a masters from an Indian University, and all have at least one degree from a U.S. university. I couldn't find much about the family of the last one, but all the listed before him came from families that were well to do.

Brain drain is not something to be proud of as it lowers your quality of life.

College is useless and you only learn concepts in college. No one got practical knowledge of industry from going to college.

I would disagree, sorry. Atleast for Computer Application, going to college helps. Not saying you can't be aprogrammer without a degree, but the degree does help a lot (been through the system, so I know it does).

Sorry, but you do realize Chineses manufacturers possess high market shares on phones, desktops, and laptops. People do buy no matter our opinion about the product:

this is a very long talk, and no way to follow this path without getting political, but the Chineses do focus on collective benefits rather than individual achievements, and I really don't understand why peoples in third world countries (not just India) feel proud of Brains Drains, I'm from a tier 3 country too and I've seen that happens, the problem here is theses peoples are living in the US, they pay tax to the US, while Indians stood all alone with their own economical and social problems, that feeling of pride is fake & result of a weird mixture of nationalism & ego.

We face house maid menance in our city and these housemaids in old age are worth HNI wealth according to my estimates. Well the great news for India is that biggest cause of corruption and social fraud(tele frauds) the Life Insurance Corporation Of India is going to have its IPO which will be biggest ever in Indian history. With privatization in India we are going to face less corruption.

China is a deeply rotten society. If you have any criticism towards the ways of the Communist Party, you'll simply disappear (whatever that means). Under Xi, China starts to look more and more like a "little" North Korea. If the Chinese people are ok with that, I have no problem. Just don't try to export your dumb communism to the West.

Why they have so much money? Because the whole world has moved production in China, because we're greedy and we can't live without a 200% margin on each Iphone sold. In the last 30 years, almost every product sale in the world contains a small amount of money that goes to China.

On the other hand, India is much poorer, but is a healthy society. Your voice, no matter how big or small, has a chance to be heard. There's corruption, there's excess, there's intelligence, there's freedom. It will take a while for India to catch up as a whole, but in terms of social health, India is way above China.

If you wonder why Covid-19 happened, then find out why Chernobyl happened. It doesn't even matter how it started, it's important how it was handled at first. I will only say that the first reaction of Chinese authorities was to arrest doctors and think about an American bio-attack (see the case of dr. Li Wenliang).

Only problem you will have in India is when raising voice against government system or going to marriage if you have high paying job. Everything else is nice with Mobiles, Laptops and Tablets now being made in India by Dixon Tech and not imported from China.

There is IndusOS and Shakti processor in India but employees leave these companies because Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Qualcomm and numerous american companies are paying them much more money.

We had a exchange student from India and he actually topped our university and 10 years later , nobody is still able to break his academic records.

India is full of talent, I'd say but less opportunity. It is suffering from Brain drain. Nothing to be proud of..Sorry my Indian friends.

The brain drain problem will get diminished in the future, when there won't be a reason to move to western countries anymore. So cheer up, nowhere to go but up.
