Is this Penalty or Sandbox or ?

Hey guys!

I need your help... I got 3 months old website, at the start when it came live on google, everything was perfect, I started to rank for some keywords with volume in top 3 positions in almost first month. Everything was working fine, and suddenly I start to loose the positions but I'm found for new keywords everyday. Can someone help me if this is a penalty or ? Should I keep working on it, should I change something or?

If you can see I grew for almost double in keywords, but lost the positions from 1-10..

Penalty? It doesn't look like that, either. And since your site is 3 months only but still getting traffic and rankings it means that nothing's wrong with it. Keep working on it (post more content, build backlinks, optimize your pages, etc. etc.. the usual stuff)

For traffic Im getting some.. but less than I was when I had keywords ranking in top 10..

again, since you're gaining new keywords you are not sandboxed. And if there's a penalty it's one that I've never seen before, so I don't know what to say in this case.

As for initial rankings boost, I've seen it happen before (even one of my websites got this boost a few months ago when it got out of a 1-year long sandbox). And while I can't prove this, I have a feeling that the influx of traffic many sites experience in the first few months is google's way of testing how good the site is and where it should rank because, let's not forget, google relies on the users' interaction with sites (especially with the new ones) to determine how good or bad they are. That's why sites that are very popular (facebook, reddit, pinterest, etc) at some point in time get google's love (rankings boost) in the SERPs. Google needs the visitors to stay glued to their products 24/7 and what better ways to hook them up than by giving them what they like (popular sites)

You do not have penalty.
And keywords count is rising in your stats.
Traffic drop can be due drop on some higher search volume keywords.

It can be due Google update, making new backlinks.

Other thing the concerns me, on seotools when I check plagiarism on my homepage article(main keywords I used to rank), on some sentences it says it plagiarism.. when I open the sentence some random .jp sites shows up(my sentence in their description) but when I open the site it says forbidden access).

Was thinking if someone copied my home page article? Should I change it? How will it affect my site?

Don't worry about the Japanese page(s),
such behaviour is pretty normal especially since the website is brand new & there has been a couple of updates recently,
since not all of your pages are getting indexed, you must focus on improving the website off-page (link profile),
build some decent links to the homepage to get an overall boost/authority and it will be back where it was and better

I would research more about this on different sites also and not only what the guys above said. All of them are selling backlinks and all of them are saying that you need to build backlinks also.

Your largest rise is keywords in position 21 to 50 and above.

It means you DA is increasing. Your first page keywords are dancing because of over ranking signals.

Due have any clue if its gonna return the positions I had and if, when? Do I have to do anything special for it ?

Btw on duckduckgo and bing, my positions are on first page.. but on google they gone as u see in the screenshot..

How does your site differ from other sites you've built before, is anything standing out about that? Hopefully, you can grow in keyword ranking for all of those new keywords growth, maybe google ai thought this is the wrong ratio. Who knows. Make some slow changes to the site, and document everything you do going forward. Maybe spend your time trying to replicate the same process again, and tweak it this new time.

Did you make any serious change to your website like adding cloudflare or hosting your website in a non-us company?

No, only changes I did is I changed the title and meta desc. on the pages
