Maybe it has something to do with the fact that the country has the 2nd largest population in the world?

Just a wild guess..
Why no one from China then?

This is not something to be proud of .Your best and brightest are making the US rich and not India .India just like China should be build its own tech ecosystem
you have to start somewhere.. people will be inspired by them in the future + pressure on the government.
China in my opinion is not the example you need to take.

I am an Indian and I am proud of my country. Based on my personal experience, Indian people work hard, Indian people know what they are doing, Indian people read carefully before responding to a question, and Indian people are physically fit, which means they have fewer health issues than people from other countries.
In addition, everyone is aware that practise makes man perfect, and according to this fact, Indian individuals who practise on the same activity are considered to be perfect

They might be the execs, but what are the demographics of the board members? That would be interesting, are they diverse in culture & gender?

I think this is not something to be proud of., as Elon Musk says, USA benefits from Indian talent!

AMERICAN leading the tech Industry.. They don't have indian citizenship..

Do you know what is more impressive tho?
Ukraine in the SEO world:
Google (Sergei Brin one of the 2 founders is born in Ukraine)
Semrush
Ahrefs
Gramarly

All of those are from Ukrainians.

Paraq Agarwal - Masters and Phd from Stanford
Sundar Picahi - Masters from Stanford, MBA from Univeristy of Pennsylvania
Satya Nadella - Masters from Univeristy of Wisconisn, MBA from University of Chicago. Moved to the U.S. around 1988
Arvind Krishna - Phd from University of Illinois, has been in the U.S. since at least 1990.
Shantanu Narayen - Masters from Bowling Green State University, MBA from UCLA-Berkley, has been in the U.S. since around 1984.
Raghu Raghuram - MBA from Wharton in 1996.

3 of the 6 have been in the U.S. for over 30 years; 4 for over 25 years. Only 2 have a masters from an Indian University, and all have at least one degree from a U.S. university. I couldn't find much about the family of the last one, but all the listed before him came from families that were well to do.

Brain drain is not something to be proud of as it lowers your quality of life.
