How Are They Doing This?

I have seen this quite sometime now and wanted to know how are they able to perform or do such huge post in matter of time.

Here is example of the link I am talking about

They are indexing 100 of links similar to that in matter of minutes. It's third party url and cannot be added to GSC. Can someone explain how are they indexing such huge number of links in less amount of time?

Never heard of the "pdf method"?.....they scan a ton of websites for the upload vulnerabilty and upload a pdf with all of that shit on the website.....the tricky part is to find high quality domains that have this vulnerability.
