Depending on your programming ability, a custom theme from scratch is the fastest way. That way, you don’t fix shit, but code exactly what you need. Last time I checked, it was around 6-7 templates to make a fully functional theme.

First and foremost, I want to make it clear that I am not here to promote any particular WordPress theme. However, based on my personal experience with WordPress, I believe that paid themes are always superior to free wordpress themes. My favourite paid themes are avada, betheme, and udesign because they allow you to customise so many aspects of your website.
