If you're not 100% sure what you're doing (and by your post, it seems to be the case), your best bet would be buying BTC and ETH and holding them.
 
If you are looking for a safe investment with increase in value over time, you can't go wrong with BTC and ETH.

Exactly. Cardano is overrated, already overpriced, and as of now it doesn't really do anything special.
 
I have BTC, ETH, Polkadot and Solana I'm not really interested in the high risk crap out there.
 
Why no one is mentioning Monero?
it’s the most private crypto and imo a safe investment for a long term.

but my suggestion is if you need to ask here. better stay away from crypto investment. DYOR is very import in cryptospace, as it's wild west here.
so many hack,scam etc happening.
 
Buy bitcoin and hold for life. After you are gone, your children will live the life of a billionaire.
 
My best advice would be to look for the ESDT tokens built on Elrond blockchain for example Aerovek, BH network, Holoride to name a few. If you do your own research and invest in proper ESDT tokens, you will gain at least 5-10x. Anyway DYOR
