i am paying $0.82 per engagement. i have paid $13 for just 148 impressions and 104 reaches? and got just 16 page likes?

i wanted people to call me instead of just liking my page.

Try to make diffenernt A/B tests to find the most effective way to advertise. And of course constantly improve your skill in managing ads with help of tutorials or free Facebook Blueprint.
