How the fk is he pulling this off?

This guy comes out of nowhere, starts posting lyric videos of old songs every hour and gets 500k to 2 million views in 6 hours on all of them.
He doesn't even have 1k subscribers yet, which is given away by the fact that he does not have an active community tab.

If you analyze his uploads really closely, you'd notice weird ratio of views to likes/comments which gives away he's doing something really shady and is now being recommended all over YouTube due to the sheer influx of views

I don't think the dude in the linked Instagram account looks like someone capable of pulling 40 million paid botted views per day.
Any ideas or theories>?

This is done by using bquate label to pull this trick. Same song in most of the videos. Guess they don't even know how to pull this off. Should have hired a composer at least. Eventually, they will get caught in the long run.

This need not be bot views. A lot of people watch Music videos on Youtube and these lyrics videos popup in recommended section. When even 1% of the original users check these videos, then they spread like wildfire. The key here is to target a niche that's popular and use the exact same keywords to show up in recommended section.

Most big labels just copy-claim and share earnings. So, there wouldn't be much problem. But if some people report the channel, then it could get banned. There is always a risk when you use other people's creative work in Youtube.

This guy added a disclaimer in description:
If any producer or label has an issue with this song or picture, please get in contact with us and we will delete it immediately.

He also added his e-mail for complaints to avoid direct reports as much as possible. It's better to stick to a big label like Sony who prefer revenue sharing instead of reporting. But all these precautions won't guarantee the security of the channel.

The amount of misinformation in this thread is ridiculous. It's obvious he is either using botted views, playlists, or a mixture of both. It's not so simple just to put lyrics videos up of popular songs and expect to get over 50 million views. Look at his account age for crying out loud smh. Late October 2021!

He's talking about the youtube channel's age, whats that got to do with his bhw profile? you are probably someone who cares about how many likes you get on your posts and judge people by their registration date

@YouTube Learner you are correct most of the times anything related to youtube it's full of misinformation. If they knew the secrets they wouldn't be posting here.
