It is for seller or buyer at p2p on binance app.?
I just want to sell some usdt and get paid on a account but name is not same.

I think I can't explain it good. At p2p I want to sell some usdt but my payment method name is different from my binance name and I see this warning but the buyer said the warning is for him as he is sending money to my account and I am giving usdt to him. So is he correct?

Ofcourse, this is for both the parties. Never faced anything like that till date though (and I have done quite a few txes in there).

It can be risky. If problem arises, binance will not help you.

Then trade with same guy and get all funds to your bank. Why are you using an account on someone else name?

I give payment to one indian freelancer by binance. From p2p treading I sell usdt and the buyer send phonepay to the freelancer phonepay id

What's stopping you from using a Binance account opened with your name?

For both. When sending money, only send from the account with the same name as on your binance account. When receiving money, make sure the other party's name matches the name on his account (should be available in your deal screen). Otherwise, stuffs like money laundering and hacked account come into play, and you don't want to deal with that.

If that $ is not being traded or bringing you any money sitting in binance then recommend to withdraw it and keep it with you just in case
