Hey guys,
I'm a noob and I do not know anything about proxies but I just wanted to know if I have to use proxy to avoid limitations on my stealth paypal account? At the moment I use Norton 360, would this be enough?

You're better off with Residential proxy.

if you have a router that changes its IP address every time you reboot it that's fine you don't have to use a proxy, you just need to change the browser.

What are the benefits ? I am confused. Some people tell me that I always have to log in with the same IP and some tell me that I have to hide my IP

Never tried, so it is more secure to not log in from the same IP adress all the time, right?

I'm assuming you were limited by PayPal before that's the main reason you need to make sure you change the IP address and the browser so the new account doesn't get linked with the old limited one.

Good point bro but I never got limited. I just want to avoid getting a limitation on my personal account so I thought about buying a stealth account.

I don't recommend using VPN or datacenter proxies to manage PayPal accounts. I'm not sure what country you're in or what region of PayPal accounts you're planning to work on. If you're just gonna work on 1 account, simply get a cheap sim card and save yourself headache.

I will work with just one account but I need more than a random number to avoid limitations.

Yes, you can use it without proxy provided you keep using it on a particular browser that stores the account cookies.

So I would need a clean browser with no history where I just log in to my account, right?

You can get a sim card from a postpaid plan rather than a prepaid plan. PayPal likes real phone number. You can also use Google voice but I recommend using a real phone number if you're planning on using that account for long term.

When you make a new account, you do need to clear history and cookies if that browser has your old account history.

Use the country ip where is paypal maked, if not it have risky to be limited.

If you're going stealth, yes you'd need proxies. To be more specific, you'd need dedicated mobile proxies, each of these have a real cell phone signature and connect to real network towers which gives websites the idea that a real user is behind the account. Comparatively safer than public VPNs. Public VPNs run on shared devices and no one in a natural use case would create something as intricate as a paypal account using a shared device.
