Onpage Seo Question - Title/H1 Length?

From your experience how many keywords is best to put into your title/h1? I usually put 3. Is having too many bad? I would like to master my onpage seo skills.

What are your opinions? I appreciate the input.

More keywords you have there, the lower density it will have. If you want to target something competitive, better use only one keyword.
And personally I suggest not using H1. It was abused too much and it looks that H2 and H3 gives better results then H1.
