When you link your bank account, you need to verify it instantly using bank login. Micro deposits work but if somebody at PayPal does a manual check on your account, they can check the name on the bank account through micro deposits from bank verification.
So is there a way to get a new PayPal after being suspended? I don't mind buying new devices and switching my IP and stuff. Don't wanna use VPNs. I do not have a problem with finding someone else that does the PayPal setup for me with their ID the only problem would be an LLC registration. I don't think anyone would do this for me like paying taxes and all the stuff. So it should be a business in my name. Not quite sure how to handle this. It's actually not blackhat just selling clothing and women like to dispute a lot with Paypal that's why I got disabled after like 2 years.

LLC registration is fairly easy, at least in the U.S.
Most states allow LLC filing online. Doesn't even need a lawyer to file it because it literally takes less than 5 minutes.
Single-member LLC is generally taxed as a sole proprietor unless you elect to be taxed as an S-corp. Filing taxes should not be complicated.
Fees are different depending on the states. If you live in the U.S., I recommend filing an LLC in the state, which you reside in.

Well, have had my fair share of paypal bans. But I think getting a new account outside of U.S. is very easy... Doesn't require any LLC to the best of my knowledge. All that is required are dets and an ID # for verification and then debit card for bank verification...
Hey, again I really need a PayPal account since I'm selling lingerie and most women are using PayPal. If anyone can help me through these steps to set up a new PayPal just message me I'm paying 250$ if you can help me get over this ban and create a fresh account

you cant try a payment platform like stripe? looks less troublesome, and everybody pays with credit card anyway

If it's a new PC, new LLC, new Bank Account and new IP (and new Email), It shouldn't be a problem. Question is why did they ban you in the first place, which activity was suspicious to them. if it was something really serious they might inquire if anything seems similar to your old account, like same website, same webhosting, same ID, whatever. I liked the suggestion to use another payment processor as it will be more convenient for you, You wouldn't want to find your new account frozen as well if and when they will find out it's the same person. Thank you for your reply they banned me I think because I had some problems with my agent the guy that does send out my product and last month he needed like 3 weeks to send it out so I got many PayPal disputes. I changed my agent now. I tried now to open a new PayPal account with my mother's name and bank account. The problem is she is not self-employed. I did it on the same IP and device though would this be a problem? I mean they banned me in the first place so another person would be able to create a new account even if it's the same IP and device or not? If they request business documents I think my mum needs to go self-employed right? Do you guys think it will be a problem that I did not change IP and device? However i did new website email and all the other stuff
