Google ADS suspended after 3 days

Hello,
I have a legit company in US associated with bank and all. I created an account in Google Ads (my connection was from France) and I added all data of my company + virtual credit card of bank (same bank of my company of course).

I run 1 campaign, public for France, for 3 days, spent 35 USD and I got today message "Your account is suspended". I try to reach them but let's see, waiting time will be long.

Now question are.
- If I would create another account, same company and different virtual credit card, I'll get block? Can be issue with the fact that I'm connecting from France?
- I can create infinite VCC with my bank

What do you advise?

think about it for a second, they allowed you to run, and then all of sudden they realise after three days that your payment is suspicious?

it's your campaign, nothing else. Could be algo, could be manual
