Ads Not Running

I am trying to run a few ads for my friend’s business. I set everything up correctly and the ads get approved but they have sat for a full week without any results (or money spent) at all. I have updated my payment method and that does not seem to help. Has anyone else had this problem before? I can’t seem to find anything on the help page from FB.

Its either your targeting, traffic type or you capped your bid.

Let's create another campaign. Check if your page is set to display where you want it to be

If your ad isn’t running, there are steps you can take to identify and resolve the issue. Start by reviewing the Delivery column status in Ads Manager.

• If the Delivery column shows a
  
  Error icon, the ad (or that ad’s campaign or ad set) is encountering a problem. Hover over the Delivery status to learn more about the problem and how to fix it.
• If the Delivery column shows a
  
  Pending icon, the ad is not running because it is either in draft, pending review, or scheduled for a later time. Hover over the Delivery status to learn more. To run a scheduled ad now, change your schedule.
• If the Delivery column says Off, the ad has been turned off. Ads turn off when you turn them off, when an automated rule you created turns them off, or when they are scheduled to end. Learn more about turning on ads.
